Investor questions

Can you help if my investments are at a loss?

Request a portfolio review to discuss your holdings, risks and available options. Recovery of losses or a specific return is not guaranteed.

Do I need an exchange account to start?

An exchange account is not required to request a consultation. If you need one, LBank and XT referral links are available on this page.

How are signals executed in my account?

In manual mode you review and execute the trade yourself. In automatic mode the bot uses your connected account and selected settings. Automatic execution depends on supported exchanges and accounts. The account and capital remain yours.

Do airdrops guarantee income?

No. Eligibility, reward allocation and value depend on the project. An opportunity listing does not guarantee a reward.

Where can I find reports, airdrops and personality tests?

User services are delivered through the Telegram mini-app and bot. Raika’s management workspace is for KOLs and their teams, not end users.

Does Raika charge me or take my money?

No. Raika takes no money or capital from users. Services are delivered through Telegram and your capital stays in your own exchange account. Trading fees and exchange costs belong to the exchange.

Do I transfer my capital to Raika?

No. You do not transfer capital to Raika. Manual or automatic trading takes place in your own exchange account.

What happens after I submit a request?

Our team contacts you through your Telegram username to arrange a conversation. The initial request only needs your name, username and an optional explanation.
